We strongly advise that all flights should be reconfirmed by phone with the relevant airline at least 48 hours prior to the departure for each flight.
Please note that most of the countries require at least 6 months validity on passports upon arrival.
It is your responsibility to obtain the applicable VISAS and carry them with you while you travel.

Please check your Itinerary carefully. Ensure that all names on the tickets are exactly same as in your passport. Check the accuracy of all dates and timings. Any errors on your documents will be your responsibility, if not advised to us before the tickets are issued.
Please check with your consultant about the conditions applied to your fares.
We charge 2% fees for payments made by the credit card (Visa and Master card). We do not accept American Express card.
If you are a member of an airline's frequent flyer scheme, please ensure that you have advised the frequent flyer number to your consultant. We will not take any responsibility if the airlines do not register your trip. You are advised to retain copies of your air ticket and boarding pass. It is worthwhile to mention here that not all fares are eligible for the frequent flyer points.
Special requests for the meals and the seats will be always passed on to the travel providers but can never be guaranteed.
A non refundable deposit of $100 per person is required at the time of booking.
Cheque payments are required at least 5 working days prior to final payment due date to allow time for funds to clear.
